Custom Oliver 50 Gravity Table – Hemp Heart Processing

Earlier this year, CTI was able to customize this brand new Oliver 50 gravity table for our customer. They are processing hemp hearts and needed a few changes.

They asked us to modify the unit with motors for each fan. That way each fan could be independently controlled for the exact RPM needed.

We also put a motor and VFD on the deck for precise control of the shake.

We built a dust hood with vibratory feeder and did a pre-wired cabinet so the customer only had to bring in his main power lead.
