Specifications

2 way separation based on aerodynamic weight

The Forsberg Agritech “Precision Air Classifier” works on the principal of terminal velocity and is ideal for the two-way separation of aerodynamically lighter material from heavier material. This machine is well suited for the removal of hulls, fibers,  shells and any other light impurities.

  • 14 gauge steel construction
  • Air chamber observation windows
  • Uniform air distribution
  • No jack shaft
  • No lubrication required
  • No screens to clean
  • Easy to use
  • User friendly controls
  • Made in the USA
  • Can be set up on 3 phase or single phase motors

The portion of the product that is aerodynamically heavy will fall in the air stream and be discharged out the discharge density airlock spout.  The lighter product is carried by the air stream into the settling chamber where most of this product is discharged through the light product discharge spout.

Capacities on wheat:

Model 6×18 = 167 bph
Model 6×36 = 334 bph

Input height:  7 ft.
Heavy product discharge height:  2 ft
Light product discharge height:  4 ft

Also excellent to use in the recycling industry.
