Model HD-80 Heavy Duty Batch Mixer with 250 cubic feet (9.3 cubic yards) of mixing capacity will mix no more than 12,500 lbs of dry, free-flowing ingredients. It is built with:
• carbon steel construction
• paddle agitator
• Loading height of 106.5” (8’ 1-1/2”)
• 3/16” plate tank
• solid shaft the full length of the mixer
• Class II foot mounted gearbox with C-face motor mount input and chain drive from the gearbox to the mixer main shaft
• Complete safety grate over the top of the mixer with safety limit switch for loading with a skid steer or front end loader
• UHMW seals with seal plate on the ends of the tank where the main shaft passes through
• Liquid pipe
• Side outlet in position “F” with air cylinder and bottom outlet in position “E” with sliding gate and manual handwheel
• Complete set of safety shields
• High Frame and legs
• 50 HP three phase TEFC 230/460 volt C-face motor
